If you can’t tell what we did here, that means we did our job extremely well. The whole front stucco portion of this home had to be replaced due to structural failure and water penetration issues. It’s now as good as new –– maybe better!

Concrete Driveway
Here’s a new concrete driveway with a paver boarder done the J.K.Best “best practices” way.
We used 6-inch fiber enhanced concrete reinforced with rebar. For an economical upgrade see this brick paver boarder.
We’re able to do stamped concrete, colored concrete, and paver stones for all your outdoor living projects.
Roofing
National roofing companies advertise all kinds of “deals.” For the most part, these are great deals for the companies, but not such a great deal for Loveland homeowners.
J.K.Best chooses not to compete in this mass of advertising that is all price driven at the expense of a roof done properly. So we follow all the “best practices” for roofing.
That means we always remove all existing layers of shingles and investigate the roof deck. As needed, we replace any bad boards. Next, we always use a 30-pound felt paper… because we don’t want to skimp on anything.
Then, we always install ice/water shields at the roof perimeter and at any cavities in the roof to prevent damage as a result of ice or water.
We replace flashing, install gutter aprons to prevent water penetration behind the gutter, and we always use 30-year dimensional shingles.
The funny part is that to do it right — the J.K.Best way — really doesn’t cost that much more. Before you start a roofing project, give us a call. We’ll teach you how to keep your roofing company honest!
Bathrooms
This is a classic design for a shower in a small bathroom… such as a basements or hallway. We used a Subway tile with a Travertine trim piece, corner shelves, and a built-in niche for shampoo bottles. J.K.Best recommended and used the best of Moen faucets because of the wide assortment of designs and their lifetime warranty on all their fixtures.
CUSTOM BUILT-INS
The homeowner asked, “Whatever will we do with this wasted space?” They were referring to unused space under basement steps. We recommended a study desk with room for a computer. It turned out to be a great use of the space and was the crowning touch to finish the entire basement remodeling project.
Bathrooms
Formerly a laundry room, our client’s home remodeling “wish list” called for remodeling the laundry room into a hall bathroom. We used beadboard walls with a large chair rail that could be used as a shelf or a standalone accent piece and a Euro design vanity and sink that allowed for maximizing square footage in a small space.
