National roofing companies advertise all kinds of “deals.” For the most part, these are great deals for the companies, but not such a great deal for Loveland homeowners.
J.K.Best chooses not to compete in this mass of advertising that is all price driven at the expense of a roof done properly. So we follow all the “best practices” for roofing.
That means we always remove all existing layers of shingles and investigate the roof deck. As needed, we replace any bad boards. Next, we always use a 30-pound felt paper… because we don’t want to skimp on anything.
Then, we always install ice/water shields at the roof perimeter and at any cavities in the roof to prevent damage as a result of ice or water.
We replace flashing, install gutter aprons to prevent water penetration behind the gutter, and we always use 30-year dimensional shingles.
The funny part is that to do it right — the J.K.Best way — really doesn’t cost that much more. Before you start a roofing project, give us a call. We’ll teach you how to keep your roofing company honest!
