BEFORE PHOTO OF HIDDEN DAMAGE = This is typical of what we find behind de-laminating wood trim. No vapor barrier or flashing and wet, moldy, wood rot substrate materials.
AFTER PHOTO WITH NEW WINDOWS AND COMPOSITE TRIM = We replaced the damaged substrate, installed vapor barrier and new flashing materials. We installed new Marvin windows with aluminum cladding and new all-composite trim that will never rot again. We painted everything to match the existing trim color and the client now has a beautiful repair that they can be proud of for many years to come.

If you can’t tell what we did here, that means we did our job extremely well. The whole front stucco portion of this home had to be replaced due to structural failure and water penetration issues. It’s now as good as new –– maybe better!
