J.K.BEST CONSTRUCTED THIS SCREENED IN PORCH ROOM ADDITION IN 2009.  IT LOOKS THE SAME TODAY IN 2011 AS IT DID THE DAY WE COMPLETED THE PROJECT.  THIS CLIENT HAS SINCE INVITED J.K.BEST BACK TO REPLACE WINDOWS AND RE-FINISH THEIR HARDWOOD FLOORS.

This addition looks like it was built with the house!!

When this client asked us to finish their basement they received so much more than they cold have imagined.  JK Best completely finished this basement with Hardwood Floors, Custom Built Bar with a Granite Top, and other Built-In Cabinets.

This Loveland client now enjoys an amazing screened in porch addition constructed by J.K.Best. The trick here was to construct this so that it looked as if it was built at the same time the home was built. We wanted to avoid having it look like an add-on.

So, J.K.Best tied in the pitch of the roof and the shingle color of the screened in porch to the house and then filled this porch with amenities including LED up-lighting, cedar flower boxes that match the cedar trim, high-end composite deck boards, electric outlets, a ceiling fan, and even cable hook up for this client’s flat screen TV.
